Originally founded as Pogo Records in July 2024, Occident Sound has grown to be a small (but dedicated) label and artist collective within the Milwaukee Scene, especially servicing the Shorewood and Whitefish Bay area.

We aim to help both big and small acts handle things such as booking shows, paid promotion, and platforming. While mostly composed of smaller bands, we have bright hopes towards the future.

Since Occident Sound is essentially a freelance operation, we allow all the revenue to flow back into the artists- simply put, if you buy an item from a band, the band will get all the profits from the item. For this reason, donations are greatly appreciated to help keep us up and running.
